DiagLab Browser Bridge - Support

This page describes the role of the DiagLab Browser Bridge extension and the basic support path for installation or connection issues.

• the DiagLab local agent is installed and running,
• the DiagLab Browser Bridge extension is installed in the browser,
• the DiagLab portal is opened on a supported domain,
• the page was refreshed after installing the extension.

Extension role

Browser Bridge only handles communication between the DiagLab portal and the local native host. Diagnostic workflow logic remains on the server side and in the local transport component.
