DiagLab Browser Bridge is a browser extension used only to connect the DiagLab portal with the local diagnostic component running on the user's computer.

Scope

The extension only runs on these domains:

• https://diaglab.eu
• https://www.diaglab.eu
• https://admin.diaglab.eu

What data is handled

The extension does not create its own database and does not send data to advertising or analytics services. It only relays requests from the DiagLab portal to the local native host and returns responses back to the DiagLab page.

During this process, the extension may handle diagnostic workflow data such as:

• local agent and Browser Bridge status,
• VCI selection and connection state,
• diagnostic requests and responses initiated by the user in the DiagLab portal.

What the extension does not do

• it does not track browsing activity outside DiagLab domains,
• it does not scan websites outside the DiagLab portal,
• it does not sell user data,
• it does not send data to external marketing systems.
